Experience Summary
Throughout my graduate level training in adult education, I have learned strategies that have prepared me for teaching diverse learning styles in a multitude of learning environments. I have extensive education and experience in writing. While graduate studies have prepared me to teach courses in APA writing, business, administration, English, accounting, economics, computer technology, ethics, real estate, finance, and law, substitute teaching experience has prepared me to work with Pre-K through 12 in reading comprehension, American literature, government, political science, beginner and intermediate mathematics, algebra, English, grammar and punctuation. As a substitute teacher and instructor of adult education, I enjoy working with learners of all levels and diverse learning styles, individually or as a group. I strive to help learners comprehend in the way they understand best. My goal is to develop within my learners, a motivation for self-directed learning.
Teaching Style
I enjoy working with all age groups regardless of learning style. Every child has the potential to learn regardless of ability. I am able to work within any learning environment (online or traditional). I am a dedicated, patient, and tolerant individual, professional in character and appearance. I am highly motivated, responsible, and a critical thinker with good strong ethical and moral values. I am able to adapt to changes and I strive to produce strategic learning outcomes. I strive to develop the learning potential in every learner. My goal is to motivate a learner to become self-directed and confident in their potential to meet their career and learning objectives.
