I have been employed as a dedicated educator for the past four years. During this time, I have shared innovative, research-based teaching techniques, relentless motivation, solid leadership skills, and the ability to establish strong relationships with parents, students, and colleagues alike. Building enthusiasm and motivation, upholding and maintaining high and realistic goals and expectations, encouraging character development, creating a learning environment where students can reach their full potential, and employing a broad range of instructional practices, have enabled me to consistently excel in diverse situations and reach and teach every child.
Teaching Style
Learning about the students I teach and listening to their experiences helps me to consider ways of making course material relevant and fostering critical thinking skills. I am passionate about finding the most effective ways of stimulating and sustaining growth among those who enter my classroom. As a teacher, I am attentive to the fact that learning is a complex process and work to be flexible, adapting my approaches according to the needs of my students. I believe it is crucial for teachers to cultivate learning partnerships with students. Teaching is empowering students to take responsibility for their learning, inspiring courage to grow intellectually, cultivating curiosity, providing opportunities to develop relationships, clarifying values, uplifting the spirit, and influencing action.
