Experience Summary
I have been in the corporate world since 2002. I have seven years of experience with large Fortune 500 companies like Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cardinal Health. Due to the economy and my own personal vocational goals, I want to get more into teaching as I know I have a lot of real world experience to share as well as just the book knowledge. I am an excellent communicator and can't wait to get started helping kids succeed.
Teaching Style
I believe listening to the kids is the first thing you have to do. Building a relationship is key to getting through to them and earning their respect. Then, you can accomplish any goals before you with a team attitude and approach. Although I do not have any formal classroom teaching experience, I have trained numerous adults in the corporate environment on processes and procedures.
