Experience Summary
As an Erie/SUNY Graduate, I was very much driven to achieve a level of excellence in office technology, office procedures and children psychology. I have earned an associates degree and enrolled for a BA in children psychology back in 1995. In addition I am a Spanish Native and have learned grammatical skills and teaching skills as a tutor for children K-12 in math, science, reading, spanish etc.. During the last 3 years I have tutored students in Math, Reading, English, Spanish.
Teaching Style
I am a mother of a 3 year old daughter. I love teaching children starting with my own. I believe all children can learn, but each in different ways. I have teached my own on a daily basis and she is developmental delayed so I have become her home teacher in many ways. I am very patient, understanding, very kind, compasionate and very considerate. My goal is to provide the best education possible to all children. I strongly believe in teaching through discovery. I also belive all children can meet their potential if they all receive and are given the appropriate tools and surroundings and learning experiences. I love making a difference in all of my students lives as if they were my own. I take pride in my work.
