Experience Summary
Upon completing a BS in Education (Dual Certification), I decided to go on for a MDiv in Theology. I was ordained a minister, and thus spent 40+ years teaching, counseling,and preaching. I feel that I have dedicated my whole life to teaching others. I am committed not only to religion, but enjoy teaching basic living and social skills.
My wife and I have raised 2 children and I helped in their elementary school classrooms, upon occasion. Today, I help with our 5 grandchildren and assist in their classrooms at times.
Teaching Style
I have loved teaching and working with children and youth all my life.
I worked for 4 years at Easter Seal Camp, helping with people of special needs; The YMCA, as day camp counselor, and upon entering into the ministry felt that I have been teaching children, youth, and adults for the past 40+ years. My goal is to help a person discover their gifts and potential and then help them move forward in their learning and living so they can make a contribution to society. Every experience can become a positive learning experience.
