Experience Summary
As an MBA graduate with a concentration in Finance, I have had much experience with Finance and Accounting courses. I am used to working in teams and have a talent for simplifying complex information in order to help others. I have tutored a friend in undergraduate accounting and with my help he received an A in the class. I consider myself an expert in MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint; all of which I believe will be essential in completing a degree in finance or accounting. I am fresh out of my masters program and have taken all the relevant courses that would enable me to help other students in their pursuit of a finance/accounting degree.
Teaching Style
I really enjoy helping and teaching people. I realize that everyone learns in a different fashion and that each student needs a specifically tailored teaching method. I believe a student really learns the material when he/she understands the reasoning behind a solution. I am a very patient hardworking individual who will not stop until my tutee is 100% confident they are prepared for the test. I am currently unemployed and am available ASAP to help students prepare for finals.
