Experience Summary
I am an experienced educator with over 6 years of classroom experience and 3 years of tutoring. I hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Resource Management and a Master of Education Degree in Middle Childhood Education. I have extensive knowlegde about the psychology of education and meeting the needs of a diverse population of students.
Teaching Style
I believe that teaching should be facilitated rather than dictated. I am very passionate when it comes to teaching and meeting the needs of individual students. I am firm in my belief that all students can learn. I understand that students learn best when I am most knowledgeable about their learning style and multiple intelligences. I maintain various teaching strategies that help all students to succeed. Most importantly, I believe that in teaching, building rapport and establishing effective relationships with parents, help my students maintain a high level of success.
