Experience Summary
As the middle child in the family, I was very competitive among my siblings. I was very much driven to achieve goals that I set for myself. I have earned two bachelor degrees, a BA in Theater Art and a BS in Biology, which have enabled me to gain an understanding in various ways areas of science and math. During the past several years, I have tutored students in all levels of math, and science, and have students ranging in age from kindergarten all the way through college.
Teaching Style
I love working with children, especially the younger ones, but I don’t' mind working with any age groups. I believe all children can learn in many forms; some may be visual learners and some may be tactile. I believe that all children can achieve their goals if they have the right help and the right roll model to look up to. I am patient, easy going, and passionate about what I do. My goal is to provide excellence in education. I am a firm believer in teaching through practice and in providing different approaches to learning. I strive to make a difference in all my students' education and in their lives.
