Experience Summary
As a University of Iowa graduate, I was very much driven to achieve a level of excellence in education. I have earned one bachelor degree, BA in Marketing and graduate studies in statistics which enabled me to gain an understanding in many areas of math. In addition, I have learned extensive grammatical skills due to writing courses in graduate studies, along with essays in many various areas of other studies. I was an accounting teacher in a college while gaining further studies in a Masters program at the University of Iowa.
Teaching Style
I love working with students in math related courses. I am available to help your child find academic success. I am patient, easy going, and considerate. My goal is to provide the best education possible. I am a firm believer in teaching through discovery and in providing a constructivist approach to learning. I believe all children can meet their potential if they are given the appropriate surroundings and learning experiences. I strive to make a difference in all of my students' lives. A few good educators can make a world of difference to a child's education.
