Experience Summary
I started my undergraduate studies in medical technology and biology and later changed my major and graduated with a BS in business management. I further my education and have completed half of the requirements toward an MBA in pharmaceutical chemical studies. During the last 17 years I have been involved in pharmaceutical sales and sales management. In these roles I have had to mentor and teach representatives daily. I have also had to teach medical professionals technical information. I understand the requirements involved in successful tutoring as I tutored during the summer while completing my undergraduate degree.
Teaching Style
Having been in the sales field for over 17 years I understand that everyone learns differently. In order to be a successful teacher/tutor I believe you must first understand how someone processes information. After understanding that you can then move onto to teach that individual in the most appropriate way to maximize their learning. I also believe patience and perseverance are key to learning.
