I know how to follow, and I know how to lead. I am good at managing people and keep them motivated. I have experience making sure things are accomplished. Clean background checks and drug free. I have been working in the social services for almost twenty years. I have no drug problems and a criminal free background Worked all aspects of family services. I understand and know how to work with the families, the community, and the justice system. Court experience. As a CPI, and later as a PS supervisor, I have had to prepare court documents, give testimony, work with both Law Enforcement and the State's Attorneys . I can hit the ground running in your organization. I was the guest lecturer at the University of Tampa and have experience speaking publicly both as a guest speaker and as an educator

Teaching Style

My teaching style is a nurturing style based upon positive reenforcement first pioneered by B. F. Skinner. I have taught all grades in my career.I prefer to build positive rapport with my students by being non-judgemental and non-threatening in my approach. I try to build a mentor relationship with my students. I find that this approach works well because the students level of confidence is high and they are much more receptive to learning.
