Experience Summary
I have a wide range of experience working with disabled and nondisabled students from the pre-K through middle school grades. I am experienced at working with students with various disabilities including Learning Disabilities, ADHD, EBD, Autism, Mental Retardation, and physical disabilities in school and residential settings. I am committed to educating all students in a manner that ensures high levels of academic and personal success. I am currently pursuing additional endorsements in Reading and Writing.
Teaching Style
I enjoy working with all children and helping them reach high levels of achievement. My teaching style may be viewed as facilitating. I like to facilitate my students learning my providing them with the instruction, materials, support, and professional knowledge they need to succeed. I recognize that my students possess endless amounts of background knowledge pertaining to various subjects and my goal is to create a perfect fusion of what is already known and information they need to grow academically and socially.
