Experience Summary
As a experienced Educator with the Wichita Public School system, I have been driven to achieve a level of excellence in education. I have a degree in B.A. in American Studies and have completed all of my Secondary Education qualifications, except for student teaching, which I will complete in the spring of 2009. I have extensive experience tutoring in all high school subjects. Over the past nine years I have tutored students in English, History, Algebra and the sciences.
Teaching Style
Teaching is my calling. My goal is to see students see success. I believe all students can learn. It is up to us as educators. to find out which style best suites each students ability. I am empathetic to all students needs. I am very patient, easy going and considerate. My goal is to provide the student with the tools needed to succeed. I believe in the multiple intelligience teaching style and teaching through discovery. I believe that all children can and will meet their potential if they are given the appropriate experiences in learning. My calling is to assure students achieve their goals. I will make a difference in all my student's lives.
