Experience Summary
I am a graduate of UC San Diego, and I have my BA degree in Spanish Literature. I also recently completed my masters in education in the subject of cross-cultural teaching. I have taught high school English for 3 1/2 years, and I have been tutoring students in all subjects, including all levels of Spanish, for the past 8 years. I have experience tutoring students grades 6-12, as well as college level and adults in all subjects, including: English, Spanish, Math, History, SAT preparation, Writing, College Entrance essays and applications and more.
Teaching Style
I am extremely passionate about educating students and adults, and moreover, I enjoy motivating and inspiring others to reach their full academic potential. I am very patient, and I will accommodate all lessons in order to fit the learner's appropriate style. I am a responsible, reliable and enthusiastic teacher. I find it extremely gratifying to watch a student grow and deepen his or her educational understanding of a specific subject of interest. I am also very flexible and willing to adjust my schedule to fit into a student's busy schedule.
