Experience Summary
I started my teaching career as a Program Director for Schools of Radiologic Technology in New Hampshire and in Florida. I taught every subject in the program from basic electricity to anatomy and physiology. I am a certified substitute teacher and tutor with the Pinellas County School Board and the Diocese of St. Petersburg. I also teach in private schools. I have been tutoring for 5 years in math, reading, French and creative writing.
Teaching Style
I believe that learning is a life-long process and the joy of learning is in the journey. I especially enjoy being with children as they grow through learning. Recognizing that we all learn differently and at a different pace, I adapt my teaching technique to the learner. I have seen many students succeed with this approach.
