Experience Summary
Although new to tutoring, I have worked with children extensively and participated in peer tutoring throughout middle school and high school. I have an excellent rapport with children and young adults and my knowledge is not limited to the area of foods and nutrition. I have excellent creative writing skills as well as a very strong knowledge of language, arts and sociology.
Teaching Style
As the youngest of three children, I always wanted a younger sibling and became the busiest baby-sitter in my town throughout middle and high school. I truly enjoy working with children and young adults and have exceptional patience and empathy for young people. I am very free spirited and enjoy having fun while showing students the amazing world of learning. Each child is different and I believe you must first build trust with the student and establish a relationship while studying their working habits and learning style.
