Experience Summary
From 1997 to 2001, I was a software trainer in Ft. Lauderdale Florida for corporations and as a selfcontractor. I moved to Naples and finished my BS degree in Management in the spring 2005 and starting Substitute teaching in the fall of 2005 (I taught Governement, American History,Economics, Marketing, Psychology and Sociology). I took the SAE in social science and passed in June 2006 and the SAE in Markeing in April 2007 and passed. I am now on my 3rd year contract teaching full time, this year I am teaching all Social Science. I have tutored math and SAT (math) Prep and computer skills.
Teaching Style
I am a mother of two, a son who is 24 and a daughter who is 13. I enjoy being with children and especially high chool students. I like to teach with examples of real life situations and how they can apply what they are learning to their lives right now and in the future. I love teaching and working with children. I do believe all children can meet their potenital if they are given the appropirate surroundings and learning experiences. My goal is to provide the best education possible. I strive to make a difference in all of my students' lives.
