Experience Summary
I have been a certified substitute teacher in Broward County since October of 2003. I am currently studying to take the subject area exam for Elementary Education. My goal is to become a teacher. I love working with children. I have taught all grades from kindergarden through tenth grade, and I have taught all subjects.
Teaching Style
I am very patient in my approach to teaching. I have also learned that more success is gained when talking TO children as opposed to talking AT them. Now in my mid thirties I can still remember the teachers who made an impact on my life at an early age and I want to be a positive, motivating, teacher for children today.
