Experience Summary
During college, I tutored mathematics to elementary and secondary school students. While I was an undergrad student at Srinakarinwirote, I continue tutoring high school students until I earned my master's degree. After college, I taught secondary mathematics for 10 years, then became a doctoral student at Oregon State University. At Oregon State, I worked as a graduate teaching assistant for mathematics and tutored at the math learning center. I am currently a full time math instructor at Yakima Valley Community College
Teaching Style
I love teaching math and am happy to teach all children who want to learn. I always make myself available for children who need my help. I teach children for understanding rather than memorizing. I believe that all children can learn math… the different between their learning is how their time is spent. I consider myself a patient teacher; I want to see my students succeed, no matter how fast or slow it takes them to learn.
