Experience Summary
As a graduate of UC Berkeley and as someone who has lived and traveled through most of Latin America, I feel I have a strong connection with the local population. I have taught 9th, 11th, and 12th graders at Miami Beach High School in addition to after school tutoring. I feel I have definitely proved myself as an effective educator and have a passion for helping students succeed. After having several jobs in the private sector, I am thrilled with my new career as an educator.
Teaching Style
Every student has their own learning style and their own "gift." I try to tap into my student's interests and talents to make them feel like they can achieve academically and on a personal level.
