Experience Summary
I graduated with a BS degree from the University of Pittsburgh, majoring in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. In the last year I have started tutoring children, mainly in elementary school subjects.
Throughout my work history, I have had many opportunities to work with and advise children and young adults through my positions as a case worker, a tutor, and volunteer mentor. I currently work as a financial representative, where my primary focus is to complete a current financial analysis for new clients and help them develop a personal financial plan to meet their goals and objectives. In every position I have had, my objective has been to help my clients define their own personal goals and working with them to develop a plan to achieve that goal. Stripped down to the very simplest of definitions, I have always sought and done well at positions that allow me to help people. Doing so provides me with many rewarding experiences and tremendous self-satisfaction.
Teaching Style
I have many years experience working with, tutoring, and advising children and young adults. I believe that children are very individual in their learning capabilities and can reach their fullest potential if they are given an appropriate and supportive environment to learn.
