Experience Summary
As a Mechanical Engineer working in a manufacturing environment, I have learned that communication, coaching, and training people at all levels of the organization are vital to the success of the people and the organizations. The most important aspect of my job is to make sure that everyone learns and understands the technical and operational concepts of the job. Daily, I meet with different people and train them in subjects ranging from Statistics to simple technical writing. My most valuable tools of communications are Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Words, which I use to present ideas, train people, and to communicate any problems, news, or updates related to the job.
Teaching Style
I believe that explaining or teaching people using simple words and various examples related to the subject being taught helps them learn and understand the subject quickly. I am a very patient person who likes to engage people into the training process. I look for ways to make the subject as interesting as possible by using real-life examples. I am always available for questions or for extra tutoring sessions for those who would like to learn more. I have the ability to teach very technical subjects to business related subjects. My goal is to increase the person's understanding in the subject being taught and help him or her succeed academically.
