About Me

Experience Summary

I completed my undergraduate studies at Florida Tech graduating near the top of my class while earning a B.S. in Applied Mathematics with a concentration in Engineering. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics while maintaining a 4.0 GPA in my graduate course work. In addition to my graduate course work I am also working as a graduate student assistant, or GSA, teaching freshman calculus classes and tutoring students. I am comfortable with many areas of methematics and I am confident I will be able to facilitate learning for students of many different skill levels.

Teaching Style

I believe everyone is capable of being successful in mathematics. It is only a matter of being trained. I am very meticulous and detail-oriented. I provide insight into the nuances of each particular problem and promote practice, because in the end the only way to do math is to practice math.
