Experience Summary
I have been a swim coach, teaching children ages four to seventeen how to swim. I have a bachelor degree in Biochemistry and Biophysics, giving me a firm grasp of the sciences. My degree is a liberal arts degree, requiring of me work in all subjects and an ability to fully express myself. Currently, I own my own business and train new employees in operations and sales.
Teaching Style
I have developed my teaching style by watching the best and worst teachers I have had, and learning from them. I am a patient teacher who gives students praise for their accomplishments and the tools to correct their mistakes. I find the best way to teach a lesson is to lay the foundation, and then make the connections to the next level. Having a pupil fully understand the subject, not just get the right answer, is what drives my teaching.
