Experience Summary
During the last year in College I began tutoring German Language. I was also a VP of the German Club and was pursuing a minor in German. I have studied in Germany several month, and believed that I have learned enough grammatical rules in order to deliver them to others. I am also able to converse in German. Tutoring was very interesting for me, because I felt being useful to others. It's a feeling that motivates me to continue tutoring. Apart from German Language I can also tutor Russian, because it's my first language, and hence I possess fluency in it.
Teaching Style
I believe that the key to learning is a good explanation. If you explain the material well to a student he has more chances of remembering it for long time. When I tutor I try make the environment as relaxing as possible, so that the student doesn't feel fear. I try to be attentive and pacient, because I realize that each person has different capabilities. I would really like to share my knowledge with others and hence contribute to society.
