Experience Summary
At the Universtiy of Florida I began giving private guitar and music theory lessons. I found that I was well suited to teach beacause I am very patient and can relate information in a very efficient way. I went on to get my degree in television production and I am continuting my education with courses in digital music production. Working with children is also a strong suit of mine. I have three younger syblings and have done volunteer softball coaching as well as babysitting.
Teaching Style
I believe each child has the ability to learn as long as the teacher is patient and good at finding exactly how that child relates to the information. I am a firm believer in positive reinforcement and learning through repetition. Each student is a new opportunity to improve and learn more about how to teach. I am excited to pursue a career in education.
