Experience Summary
A BA and an MA in French provide me with the knowledge. Experience as a former teaching assistant and as a current online tutor give me the skills necessary to teach. Writing numerous papers in both French and English taught me the mechanics involved in language. I use all of these insights to enrich students' prospective experiences. In addition to reading and writing, I also tutor math up to Algebra II.
Teaching Style
Although schooled in the Communicative Method in second language acquisition, my teaching styles are varied, fluid and dependent upon the individual student and subject. Along with patience, understanding will create an environment conducive to learning.
