Experience Summary
My success is grounded on my extensive executive management experience. Functioning as an independent contractor, I acquired new business accounts by direct prospecting, needs analysis followed by the presentation of solutions, which generally included the hiring and training of sales people for either outside or inside sales as well as the support staff. I initiated, developed, implemented, and in various projects, restructured existing sales departments and telemarketing departments within the client company’s current environment. I developed sound business protocols for the organization and provided hands on supervision.
Employing strategies aimed at bottom line revenue growth, I recruited candidates for sales, tele-sales and telemarketing, I trained them and developed those departments to the point that I could install a manager or management team, thereby architecting the integration of the marketing department with the sales force. I recruited and trained sales personnel, developing policies and procedures for sustained growth.
I directed sales, writing and operations within the Resume America division serving a national client base until the division was sold.
