Experience Summary
My love in life is helping people and helping them to achieve their personal goals. For the past 18 years I have been in the IT industry, and I am looking for a career change. I have held positions as a programmer, business analyst, and training analyst.
Teaching Style
My teaching style incorporates all of the senses, listening, watching and doing. Everyone learns differently, the idea is to tap into what works best for them. The way to do this is to better learn who they are as individuals. I have in the past prepared written learning materials and conducted stand up training sessions. I believe that my greatest strengths in learning and development are patience and a willingness to work with people.
