Experience Summary
I first taught as a military specialist 1967-1970 in Huntsville, AL to classes of mixed abilities and English language skills. I taught again many years later as adjunct professor at St. Petersburg College (Tarpon Springs) and Schiller International University (Dunedin)for the last three years. I did private math tutoring for a young boy in Huntsville many years ago and briefly as a volunteer for Pinellas County Schools.
Teaching Style
I teach the way I learn, which is very down-to-earth and hands-on. I am particularly good at putting things in plain language and using everyday examples.
