Experience Summary
I have several years of experience as a teacher and working with young children. I have tutored elementary aged children in reading, writing and math. My degree in Human Development focused primarily on early childhood development. My passion is working with children and helping them develop and grow.
Teaching Style
In my experience, children do not all learn at the same pace. My teaching philosophy is to work with children at the level they are at - not where they are "supposed to be at". I think all children deserve all the help and resources that are available to assist them in learning. I would like to be a part of that help and be able to help children where they each need it because all children are capable of learning and growing.
