Teaching Style
All children are entitled to learning. I have learned through research that people have different styles of learning. There are visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learners. A teachcher could aid a student academically by identifying his or her needs. I enjoy working in a classroom environment that is not extremely structured. I strongly beliveve that on-the-fly assessment and grouping are essential in identifying the needs of students. Studies have shown that students are more likely to be engaged and their self-confidence enhance a great deal when working in groups. As an educator, I strongly believe that on the fly-assessessment makes a difference in the lives of students. It helps identify the strength and weakness of each student. With this teaching method, I am able to aid my students to reach their academic potential.
