Experience Summary
While studying abroad in Spain this last spring I volunteered as an English tutor at a local elementary/high school. I helped the students learn to read, write and speak English and while I was there I got the opportunity to teach some lessons to students ranging form 4-18 years of age. I have also tutor two young girls from my neighborhood in elementary math, reading and writing last summer.
Teaching Style
I like to teach in any style if its one on one or group tutoring lesson. Either way I can help the student and help them individually with their work and have them work on what they need help on. There is also tutoring groups where the students can learn off of each other as well as with the help of the tutor. In this case more subjects can be approached and answer all the questions the students ask that can help other students as well.
