Experience Summary
Upon completion of the Masters degree in Economics from Northeastern University in 2001, I obtained employment at Citizens Bank. I am currently working on the capacity of Business System Analyst. To advance my knowledge in the Microsoft Office products I undertook courses in Advanced MS Access and Advanced MS Excel. Given my great knowledge in Microsoft Office products, I have been given responsibility to train newly hired analysts.
From January 2007 until May 2009, I taught part-time as an evening Adult ESOL Instructor for the Southeastern Massachusetts SER-Jobs for Progress, Inc., located in Fall River, MA. From January to May of 2010, I taught Computer Literacy for the same organization.
Teaching Style
In my previous teaching/tutoring positions enabled me to provide students with a “head start” in mastering the various facets of Microsoft Office Suite, English as Second Language and Portuguese language. It is my goal to combine my range of professional "hands-on" experiences with my ability to be a compassionate, enthusiastic, intelligent tutor who will make a positive learning experience.
