Experience Summary
I've got my education( Master's Degree) at the Kharkiv Karazin UNiversity( Ukraine) in teaching mathematics. I'm currently employed by Sumter HIgh School, Sumter, SC. When I just started job, it was a challenging environment, and I had to overcome many challenges, but as time goes by, I become better in my profession( I've got 3 years of teaching mathematics). I was able to adapt to my classroom, and understand children and their needs so much better. I enjoy my work, and I look forward to further achievements in the academic field.
Teaching Style
All students can success, we just have to understand their needs.It is not about bad students and their environments, it is about us, teachers, how we can direct the student, support the student, and collaborate with the student. Sometimes it is not an easy task, by this is the purpose of an educator- to facilitate learning. Everything depends on us, and we have to find a way.
