Experience Summary
I have always had a passion for education and the gained knowledge thereof. I pride myself on facing any/all situations in an intellectual manner that usually results in collaborative outcome. With a degree in Theatre, many aspects of social skills and professionalism abound. We are taught to present ourselves before others, cooperate with others onstage and off, and enthusiasm is a must have to maintain on stage. Organization and creativity abound in this field as well as character work can result in chaos but the development thereof is based completely on one's artistic interpretation. These qualities assure great successes in life as they can be encompasses in many occupation avenues such as the one for which I am applying.
Teaching Style
I have had extensive experience in the education atmosphere. I am very comfortable handling the chaotic and uncertain situations that arise in the classroom. A person with a great penchant and zeal for social and academic interaction, I take pleasure in enriching the lives of the students I hope to gain. I sincerely believe that all children can learn be it according to their abilities. I strive to be a person of compassion, understanding, patience, and diligence which not only applies to the classroom atmosphere but life in general. As a recipient of a Theatre degree, I have learned to embrace my creative side as a teacher, providing an enjoyable atmosphere for both student and teacher alike. I live by the creed of, "To educate is to love"
