Experience Summary
I have earned a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Teaching. I have a strong passion to educate young minds and help them to blossom into responsible, well rounded, and successful individuals. I have had wonderful opportunities to work with diverse groups of students including those with learning disabilities, those who performed at, below, and above grade level, and those who were gifted and exceptional. As a result, I am capable of designing and implementing stimulating lesson plans that will accommodate multiple intelligences, bring a hands on approach to learning, and capture a child’s interest and keep them focused.
Teaching Style
I enjoy the company of children and I want to help them acquire valuable information and important skills essential to being successful. My desire is to provide all students with the same stimulation and opportunity to learn. My greatest strengths included the ability to remain flexible, ensuring that every child’s learning styles and abilities are addressed. My goals are to use a variety of instructional strategies to maximize student achievement and develop lessons that are relevent to children's everyday life.
