Experience Summary
I am a bilingual educator who loves tutoring Math! I have 10 years of experience and I am very passionate about helping students from all backgrounds achieve success in mathematics because I myself used to struggle with the subject. However, with a lot of hard work, I have come to master and enjoy the subject! I have earned a BS in Mathematics and I am currently working on a Masters degree. My goal is to instill confidence into my students and help them achieve success in mathematics and in their professional and personal goals. Moreover, I have 3 years of teaching experience at the college level and have experience working with elementary, middle, high school, and college students.
Teaching Style
I absolutely love teaching/tutoring math! I truly believe it is what I was meant to do in life. I love what I do not only because I know my subject well, but because I feel that I am helping someone else achieve their goals in life. I have been told by students and parents that I am a very patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic tutor. My teaching philosophy is that everyone can learn! We might all learn differently and at different paces but we can definitely learn math!
