Experience Summary
I have a very strong interest in pursuing a teaching career. With experience working at both the elementary and high school levels, as well as in activities outside of the traditional classroom, I have a diverse background with much to offer.
My first classroom teaching experience was as a volunteer for adult ESL Teacher at a local church where I worked for some years. I have teaching experience during my internship at INTO USF level 4 Academic Interactions. I particularly enjoyed working with such a diverse group of students. I have always tried to do a careful preparation of lessons and I try to break down the complicated concepts to simple examples that my students could grasp.
Teaching Style
In every classroom there are students at different levels of ability. It is important to use different teaching techniques, approach and materials to meet the needs of the students. Interacting with the students has been the most rewarding experience aspect of teaching and I developed a good teacher student’s relationship with each of my student.It is also very important for the teacher to motivate and encourage the students
and try different techniques and approaches in teaching. My philosophy of teaching is to use what I know and what I am good at but also move forward into areas unknown to me.
