Experience Summary
My name is Sheldon. I graduated from Tsinghua University, the best university in China. Though I am not have an education major, I have three-year tutoring experience and tutored a number of students in a variety of subjects, including prealgebra, algebra 1, algebra 2, geometry, trigonometry, GMAT, SAT and piano. My expertise is math and got (770/800, 51/51 in math,44/51 in verbal)in GMAT. I have started tutoring when I moved to Los Angeles. I made friends with the three kids of the family that I tutored algebra 2, prealgebra and piano, respectively. I also tutored a GMAT student from Swiss who prepared to take GMAT test and who made graduate progress.
Teaching Style
I love teaching, not only for the sense of achievement but also for my interest to be with children. I am patient and am able to get along well every one of my students. I believe that every child has his or her own potential and I'll try my best to help them develop their interests for the subject.I sincerely hope that I can help students in need to make progress.
