Experience Summary
I have been a tutor for the past five years. I have experience working with students with different levels of comprehension, i.e. those struggling to graduate and coaching those involved in UIL academics. I was an accomplished UIL competitor as well as a coach of the number sense/math/science teams at the previous school where I was employed. My strengths lie in mathematics (Calculus for example) as well as physics.
Teaching Style
I can adjust to most settings. Right now I have a client back home that I work with on a once a month basis. I was used to high school and middle school students but have been working with their children who are in elementary grade levels. As such, they have vaulted to the top of their classes in math.
