Experience Summary
I am a college graduate of University of West Florida’s college of Building Construction and Engineering Technology. I have taken calculus 1 through 3, statics, dynamics, strength of materials, thermodynamics and many other math involved courses.
I am not a complicated person and like to keep things basic and easy. Math is not hard, it is just simply following an accumulation of rules to get to an answer. Getting the answer to a question may give the big picture of what is trying to be achieved for some, but not for everyone. I can help explain the steps in getting the correct answer for a test and explain the big picture.
Teaching Style
I would go over the intoduction of the new topic with my student and go over the steps to answering the questions and repeating them until it clicks. I would like to start with the most simple question and work my way up to the more complicatde questions. As and questions or concerns pop up along the way I would address them so that there is no confusion of how each step in solving the problem is chosen.
