Experience Summary
As a recent college graduate,I have a bachelor degree in psychology with a concentration in counseling and a minor in business.My family highly values education which pushes me to educate myself as well as others.Due to my college training and experiences I have obtained an ample amount of knowledge that qualifies me to tutor other indivuals.My initial major in college was english in which I wrote numerous papers and essays.During the last six years I have tutored students in English,mathematics and psychology.
Teaching Style
My teaching style is a combination of training and techniques that I have learned from my professors and leaders.I truly feel that every child is unique which is why every child learns differently.I like to take the time out and ask the child about his or her stregnths and weaknesses and how they feel they best learn.I am an extremely patient,careing and passionate individual.It is a saying that what affects one affects us all and when it comes to education the saying holds true.Due to the fact that I have been blessed to have a great education I would like to pay it forward and educate others.
