Experience Summary
My academic experience has shaped me into a hardworking and ambitious student. As a pre-medical student, I double majored in Psychology and Middle Eastern Studies which has allowed me to establish a diverse background in the sciences and humanities. Moreover, I have gained valuable writing and analytical skills. As a native Arabic speaker, I am able to read, write, and speak the Arabic language fluently. In the past, I have tutored students in Arabic, Biology, Psychology, Mathematics, and English.
Teaching Style
As a tutor, I believe that one needs to be patient, understanding, and persistent. In addition, it is important that a tutor caters to the student's style of learning. I am creative and willing to try different teaching methods with students. I believe that each student has an individual and unique way of learning and it is up to the tutor to invest time in learning students' strengths and weaknesses.
