Experience Summary
Experience gained is not what truly counts it's ones desire to learn through experience that's seperates oneself. Through five years in college and five years in a special education classroom i have learned many things. What i take most from ten years of experience is a mindset to never-give-up. Most day's learning in the classroom are forgetable because the student does not retain information into their long term memory. Experience has taught me to strive for continual learning, not just learning but what needs to be learned. What needs to be learned, needs to not be forgot.
Teaching Style
My teaching style is one centered around positive feelings. There is a word i learned in college by the name of rapport. In order to become successful in the classroom a positive working relationship must be established. No matter what you do in life a successful partnership must be centered around a comfortable work environment. To each is to his or her own so time is the most viable option with education and learning to me. People say Rome was not built in a day but they had to start building on the first day in order to build what they wanted. My style is personal and comftorable so one/two can strive for what is truly desired and that would be the ability to learn. Ond day at a time.
