Experience Summary
I have earned two bachelor degrees, in mathematics and journalism, from New York University. This education has allowed me to master both math and English/language arts. Additionally, my extensive background working in educational fields has given me the skills and experience necessary to effectively help struggling students.
Teaching Style
I believe students learn best when they are guided to take correct approaches. I give solid examples, broken down into simple steps, and always have students practice skills. I vary my explanations in order to discover what type of explanation works best for any given individual. I am patient and persistent.
