Experience Summary
I received my teaching certification in 2008 in Composite Science and physical education. I also have a BS in Kinesiology from UNT. I have been teaching science course for 3 years now, since 2008. I also have been tutoring for those three years in a variety of science courses also. I am bilingual in Spanish and work in a varied community environment to hel facilitate learning. I am well prepared for helping potential students be successful in their subject areas
Teaching Style
I am direct but patient. I want the child to know my expectations immediately and do our best to see that they are successful. I believe helping the child learn how to learn is the number one goal. By them teaching themselves how to acquire material, they will be that much more successful in the future. It is also always important ot involve parents in the tutoring process so they may know the child's learning status.
