Experience Summary
Having taught and tutored students from first grade through the college level, I feel qualified to help any student needing assistance with English-related studies. I have taught English in middle school, high school, and college. My experience also includes working one-on-one with students in summer programs sponsored by the university or school with which I was associated. Teaching to all learning styles has provided degrees of success for students that have enabled them to graduate or proceed to the next level of learning. I feel strongly that all students can learn if the key to teaching them is discovered and implemented.
Teaching Style
I strive to recognize each student as an independent personality, with different needs and different goals. In this capacity, I teach to all levels in whatever learning style is presented by the individual and have helped the student to achieve success in his or her pursuit of mastering the requirements for the subject or assignment at hand.
