Experience Summary
I have taught English and Reading for over 30 years. I have currently employed as a GED Instructor for WWISCAA organization. I have taught middle school and secondary English and reading. I am also certified in curriculum and instruction and a virtual online facilitator.
I graduated from college in 1979, but i have continued my education and have gotten 2 master's degrees. i am currently working on my PHD in curriculum and instruction.
I have also done tutoring at my church and in my community and love helping people.
I have tutored in language arts, reading, math, and social studies.
Teaching Style
I believe in teaching to students they way they learn and working in small groups as well as large groups. I also believe in using technology and hands on activities. I love teaching and working with students and believe that all students can learn and excel. I also believe in preparing students for the work force and equipping them for the 21st Century.
I believe all students can learn and I believe that my goal is to help them achieve and be the best.
