Experience Summary
After obtaining my Ph.D in August 2010, I accepted a Visiting Professor of Chemistry position at East Stroudsburg University. At East Stroudsburg, I was an instructor for several courses including General Chemistry and General Chemistry Lab. While obtaining a Ph.D. in Chemistry at Lehigh University, I had the opportunity to advise and mentor a diverse group of undergraduate students who were involved in full-time summer research projects.
Teaching Style
My goal as an educator is to help children learn and reach their full potential. It’s my job to help children achieve excellence through a variety of teaching styles, since everyone learns in different ways. My patience, expertise in chemistry, and variety of teaching methods will provide the best education possible. I am a believer in providing not only the knowledge of chemistry, but also how to apply it in practical ways. By providing a positive learning environment with a good education, each student will be able to achieve success while learning. I strive to not only help students achieve in the classroom, but also to feel positive about learning.
